Born in Nova Friburgo, mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro, he graduated in product design from PUC-Rio. While still in college, he began to come into contact with wood and, since then, has chosen the raw material as a prominent feature in his creations. The objects he makes are made manually, inspired by nature. Fluid lines and refined finishes complement the unique pieces in each collection.
